Is it reusable? Can the filters be washed?

PureMe face masks can be washed and reused. The filters however need to be disposed off after a period of time. Each filter lasts for up to 100 hours under standard conditions. After that, we recommend you replace the filter with a fresh one. You can get yourself a refill pack of filters here!

Does the mask have a nose clip?

Our masks have a plastic nose clip with a dual copper wire. This is a better alternative to metal as a metal nose clip can become uncomfortably hot/cold depending on the weather. This combination of plastic and copper is weather resistant and provides maximum support. In addition to this, we also offer a foam nose-support which enhances the fit of the mask and keeps your nose cushioned and comfortable. This nose-support contributes in making our masks comfortable to wear for long periods of time.

What is the difference between masks with and without valves? Is the mask with the valve safe?

The golden rule for every PureMe product is - if it is not safe, we don’t sell it! Valve masks are definitely safe as they are equipped with a PM2.5 filter and an additional fabric layer behind the valve which works to keep out pollutants. What is the function of PM2.5 Filter?

Think of the PM2.5 filter as your main line of defense against pollution and infectants. It blocks out the most minute particles that other fabric cannot get to. This bad-boy is the reason we recommend you always use a PureMe mask with a filter inserted - for maximum protection.

Can I use a mask by itself without a filter?

Yes! The mask itself is made of 4 layers of fabric and will keep you sufficiently protected. However, we would still recommend inserting a filter when you are in crowded or polluted areas, as this ensures maximum safety and protection in a high-risk situation.

What do I do if I ordered the wrong item or need to cancel my order?

We make every effort to ship your items as soon as we can, so you can enjoy them as soon as possible. If you need to cancel or change your order please fill out our contact form or write to us at as soon as possible. If your order has not shipped yet, we will make every attempt to modify your shipment before it leaves.
